Why Beehive Products should be Inseparable Part of our Daily Menu?

Debilitating diseases such as cancer, diabetes, hypertension, obesity and cardiovascular illnesses are seriously threatening the soul of humanity. In fact, these degenerative diseases have become the leading causes of premature deaths, globally with the developed countries being the worst hit. Statistics from the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition 1989, showed that 25 percent of al deaths in the world are due to heart diseases and nine percent on account of cancer. In the developed countries, these two diseases remain the leading cases of mortality accounting for 67 percent of al deaths ( 48 percent from cardiovascular diseases and 19 percent from cancer. Unfortunately, the World Health Organisation WHO said these non- communicable diseases have also crept into the developed countries.

Today, cardiovascular diseases account for 16 percent of deaths in the developing countries trailing parasitic diseases at 18 percent and infections at 21 percent. As a matter of fact, the grim projection of WHO is that non0communicable diseases would account for /70 percent of deaths in the developing countries by 2025. However, the deviation of man from eating habits and lifestyles that ate in tune with nature account for the prevalence of these killer diseases.

For instance, most of our foods are micro-waved, genetically altered, steamed, pasteurized, processed, excessively boiled, roasted, and fried. The result is poor digestion because all these processes remove a critical component from the foods we eat - enzymes. Yet, it has been scientifically proved that enzymes are the workhorses of the body and that nothing in the body would function without enzymes. In specific terms, enzymes supply the digestive activity to weak down the foods we eat. Therefore, supplementing our diet with honey, royal jelly, pollen and propolis, which are the richest sources of natural enzymes on daily basis, will help predigest our food, lessen the work of digestive system and relieve the stress on our digestive organs.

Only natural enzymes have the pH Balancing System (PHBS) for optimal digestion. Because whatever does not digest in our body becomes a toxin, which can stress our immune system and cause functional disorders in vital body organs like the kidney, heart, liver, pancreas and the brain. Besides their richness in natural enzymes, honey pollen, royal jelly and propolis are also replete with several other micronutrients to rejuvenate the entire body system in different ways. If they are taken together as food supplements, the resultant anatomical synergy makes the human body functions at its maximum capacity.

A healthy ageless body requires diet rich in a wide assortment of nutrients and this is why these products should be inseparable part of our daily menu. They are not only super foods, but also excellent natural drugs to protect our body against infections. And unlike many other drugs, bee products can be taken with out being down with sickness.

For instance, honey is the best source of carbohydrates with direct absorption by the cells and bee pollen contains all the essential amino acids, other nutrients and high amount of bioenergy that can help the liver, gall bladder, eyes genital organs, muscles, heart, pancreases and cell regenerations Royal jelly is one of best sources of hormones and pantothenic acid and clinical studies have shown that it can increase longevity through a better replication of DNA. It also helps the endocrine system, the immune system and the natural multiplication of cells. Propolis contains more bioflavonoids than any other natural product and it is also a natural antibiotic, anti fungal anti-viral and natural protector against free radicals, which stress the immune system to make the body vulnerable to infections.
